Psychiatric Assessments

Each patient's treatment journey begins with a thorough psychiatric assessment conducted either by Dr. Gill alone (for psychotherapy), jointly by Dr. Gill and PA Howell (for medication management w/ PA Howell), or by any of our NPs alone. LBH utilizes a collaborative approach to ensure that all facets of a patient's mental health are comprehensively evaluated, laying a solid foundation for an effective personalized treatment plan. By integrating their expertise, Dr. Gill and the mid-level providers develop a nuanced understanding of each patient’s needs, which aids in crafting targeted interventions that address specific mental health challenges.
