I am Dr. Harry Gill, MD, PhD, and I serve as Medical Director at LBH Psychiatric Services and principal provider at HGMD LLC. With over two decades of experience in neuroscience, psychology, and psychiatry, I bring a unique, integrative approach to mental health care. My education began with earning an MD from the University of Zagreb, followed by a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and Psychology from Iowa State University. My extensive training in modern psychoanalytic psychotherapy allows me to employ a neuroscience-informed approach to psychotherapy, whether combined with medication management or as a standalone treatment.

My career has been marked by a commitment to excellence in psychiatric care, teaching, and leadership. I've held leadership positions in academic and private settings, including as Executive Director of the Washington School of Psychiatry and President/Founder of AXIS Healthcare Group. My focus through LBH and HGMD LLC enables me to apply my in-depth knowledge to help our clients navigate complex emotional problems through comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans. I am dedicated to improving patient outcomes by fostering deep, therapeutic connections and continuously adapting treatment approaches to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
