Waritta Howell, PA-C

Dr. Harry Gill provides psychiatric and therapeutic services to adolescents and adults. He holds PhD’s in Neuroscience and Psychology, and he completed training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Washington Center for Psychoanalysis. Dr. Gill served as Executive Director of the Washington School of Psychiatry and taught extensively on the topic of the Neuroscience of Psychotherapy. He currently holds licenses in the states of Maryland, Virginia, New York, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC.

Dr. Gill developed individualized psychopharmacological treatment plans based on his extensive expertise in brain development and available neuroscience evidence for medical interventions. In the initial assessment, he explores the interplay among early childhood experiences during the most intense brain development periods as well as patterns of relational challenges. Medications are selected based on family history and all relevant data provided by the clients. Initial assessments are done jointly with Dr. Gill and Physician Assistant Waritta Howell. Dr. Gill supervises PA Howell’s work in formal supervisory sessions and makes himself available to see clients with PA Howell in joint-sessions when there are any clinical reasons to do so.
